Brendan Flood
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Flood is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Mr. Flood is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the Company, directing the Leadership team and building Company culture. Mr. Flood sold Initio International to Staffing 360 Solutions in January 2014. Prior to Initio, he spent seven years at Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) in various roles in Europe and the United States, culminating with Mr. Flood leading the company's IPO and listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market in 2003. During 2004 and 2005 he was the CFO/COO for Hudson North America returning this business to profitability after several loss-making years. Prior to the IPO in 2003, Hudson was part of what is now Monster Worldwide, Inc., the parent company of Monster.com. As part of the global realignment of Monster Worldwide, Inc. in November 2001, Mr. Flood became CFO for all of the company’s operations in the Americas which amounted to $1.8 billion of annualized revenues. Mr. Flood has lived and worked in several different countries, has a strong background in M&A and he graduated from Dublin City University (Ireland) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance. .


Dimitri Villard
Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and member of both the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and the Audit Committee

Mr. Villard has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal BioSciences, Inc., a biotechnology company that has developed innovative cancer therapies using the immune system, since 1999. Mr. Villard was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Peer Media Technologies, Inc., a public company Internet technology business, from February 2009 to December 2012, which changed its name from ARTISTdirect, Inc. in May 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Villard served as Interim Chief Executive officer since March 2008 and as a director since January 2005. In addition, since January 1982 to present, he has served as President and director of Byzantine Productions, Inc., where he produced a number of feature films with major studios. Previously, Mr. Villard was a Director at the investment banking firm Société Générale and affiliated entities, and he was a Managing Director at the investment banking firm Laidlaw & Co. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles chapter of the Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest private venture capital groups in the United States. Mr. Villard received a B.A. from Harvard University and a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from China International Medical University. Mr. Villard is an advisor to Clinics On Demand, a telemedicine venture, AesculaTech, a biomedical device company, and Kangarootime, a SaaS company in the pre-school industry. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where he serves on the Foreign Language Committee. .


Nick Florio
Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee

Mr. Florio provides business consulting and financial advice to a variety of closely held private businesses. He is an audit and accounting partner located in the Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. With over 25 years of experience in service businesses, Mr. Florio advises in the areas of valuation services, business consulting, and profitability analysis, and helps clients with strategic corporate organization, as well as business and tax planning. Mr. Florio’s experience extends to providing advice on corporate structuring, positioning of intellectual property, licensing and branding rights, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and consulting, among general business and tax advice. Mr. Florio also manages Citrin Cooperman’s wealth management business, which operates under the Apexium Financial LP name. Mr. Florio is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also President of the Industry Partner Group, New York Staffing Association (NYSA), a member of the Mid Atlantic Staffing Association Industry Partner Group (MASA), the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the American Staffing Association and the New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA). .


Jeff Grout
Chairman of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and member of both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

Mr. Grout is a successful business consultant specialising in leadership, people management, team building, peak performance, recruitment and retention issues. Formerly UK Managing Director of Robert Half International and Business Manager to England Rugby coach Sir Clive Woodward, he holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching appointments and is also a successful business author. He has written widely on leadership, careers, business success, peak performance, recruitment and entrepreneurship. Mr. Grout has spoken at Henley and Cardiff Business Schools and the Danish Centre for Leadership. Listed in the '100 Best Business Speakers in Britain', Mr. Grout is in considerable demand as a motivational business speaker, conference chairman and interviewer. He has worked for a range of clients including Amazon, LinkedIn, BT, British Airways, Virgin, Harrods, Waitrose and Credit Suisse. .


Alicia Barker
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Barker is a dynamic, highly-regarded HR Executive and Certified Professional Coach. She brings 20 years of experience from a variety of fast-paced, competitive industries. She has served in leadership roles for publicly traded companies, independently-owned boutiques and international advertising agencies. Ms. Barkerhas managed large teams and provided professional development and Executive Coaching to a wide variety of professionals. Ms. Barker’s last corporate role was as the lead HR Executive of Human Resources for Hudson North America, a professional staffing company. Ms. Barker reported to the President, and oversaw the HR Operations for 37 offices. Ms. Barker was previously the owner of Act II, a privately-owned HR Consulting and Executive Coaching business. Ms. Barker is an active leader and fundraiser in her community. She has held Board positions for The New Jersey Festival Orchestra, The Historic Preservation Commission and the Westfield, NJ Board of Health.

David Faiman
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Faiman is the Chief Financial Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions. Mr. Faiman has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience at both private and public companies, bringing a high degree of knowledge and proficiency to his role as Chief Financial Officer. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Faiman was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Chief Accounting Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of solutions in the document outsourcing industry, owned by private equity firm Apollo Global Management, LLC. Prior to Novitex, Mr. Faiman served in various senior financial roles, including acting Chief Financial Officer, during his almost 10-year tenure from 2004 to 2013 at Cengage Learning, Inc. (formerly Thomson Learning of Thomson Reuters). During this time, Mr. Faiman was part of the management team responsible for the coordination of a multi-billion private equity buyout of Cengage Learning by private equity firm Apax Partners LLP. Mr. Faiman began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in its Assurance and Business Advisory practice. Mr. Faiman is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Paul Polito
President, Commercial Staffing (US)

Mr. Polito is the President, Commercial Staffing (US), of Staffing 360 Solutions. Mr. Polito was promoted to President, Commercial Staffing (US), in December 2017 which includes executive responsibility for the Light Industrial business of Monroe Staffing Services. Prior to this, Mr. Polito had been with Monroe Staffing Services for over 16 years. He has more than 20 years of operational management, sales, and recruiting experience in the staffing and customer service industries. In addition to creating solutions for clients, Mr. Polito oversees the professional development, corporate safety, and employee-directed giving programs. Mr. Polito earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clemson University.


Mark Darby
President, Professional Staffing (UK)

Mr. Darby is the President, Professional staffing (UK), at Staffing 360 solutions. Mr. Darby is responsible for leading the UK business and has over 20 years’ experience in the professional staffing industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Darby spent the past couple of years in the M&A, Change Management & business integration space working alongside a number of high net worth investors and stakeholders to successfully deliver targeted acquisitions as part of a wider buy and build strategy to create a £60m revenue, £2.5m EBITDA Group. Between 2005 & 2015, Mr. Darby worked with the Kellan Group Plc, an AIM listed multi sector professional staffing business in a number of leadership roles, taking the business from a significant loss making position through restructuring & growth into profitability resulting in a £1.4m EBITDA turn around resulting in his appointment as Group COO and Executive Board appointment in 2015. After starting his own business Professional IT Search & Selection Limited in 1997 operating in the I.T and software sectors, Mr. Darby built and sold to Parity Group Plc in May 2001, an International staffing and software services business with £170m revenues generated from I.T contracting and permanent resourcing solutions. Joining the group operational board responsible for permanent recruitment nationally and new business contractor growth in London, he was responsible for £45m revenue, leading a team of 120 consultants and business managers across 6 UK locations. In addition to many years in senior leadership roles within the staffing industry Mr. Darby spent time with the Management Consultancy Optima Group, delivering people related services and business development, operating within the Pre – IPO software sector and with International technology clients.
