In particular Staffing 360’s Executive Chairman, its CEO, and the rest of its executive management team represent over 50 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.

Brendan Flood
Executive Chairman

Mr. Flood is the Executive Chairman of Staffing 360 Solutions, as well as the Chairman and CEO of its subsidiary, Staffing 360 Solutions Limited (f/k/a Initio International Holdings Limited). Prior to Initio, he spent seven years at Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) in various roles in Europe and the United States, culminating with Mr. Flood leading the company's IPO and listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market in 2003. During 2004 and 2005 he was the CFO/COO for Hudson North America returning this business to profitability after several loss-making years. Prior to the IPO in 2003, Hudson was part of what is now Monster Worldwide, Inc., the parent company of Monster.com for which Mr. Flood was responsible in 2002. As part of the global realignment of Monster Worldwide, Inc. in November 2001, Mr. Flood became CFO for all of the company’s operations in the Americas which amounted to $1.8 billion of annualized revenues. Prior to settling in the UK, he graduated from Dublin City University (Ireland) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.

Matt Briand
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Briand is President and Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, Monroe Staffing Services. Mr. Briand is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the Company, directing the Executive Management Team and building Company culture. Mr. Briand has more than 17 years of staffing industry experience, gaining extensive knowledge through recruitment, sales, management and executive roles. Since being named CEO of Monroe Staffing in 2009, Mr. Briand has led Monroe’s organic growth from 35 employees, 8 offices and $34 million in revenues to become an $80 million company, employing 90 people, in 14 offices and 3 on-site programs throughout the Northeast and North Carolina. Under Mr. Briand’s direction, Monroe has received numerous honors, including being named Best of Staffing in 2010, 2012 and 2013. Mr. Briand was a recipient of the Fairfield County Business Journal 40 Under 40 in 2012. He also gives financial support and time to numerous non-profits and charities.


David Faiman
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Faiman is the Chief Financial Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions. Mr. Faiman has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience at both private and public companies, bringing a high degree of knowledge and proficiency to his role as Chief Financial Officer. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Faiman was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Chief Accounting Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of solutions in the document outsourcing industry, owned by private equity firm Apollo Global Management, LLC. Prior to Novitex, Mr. Faiman served in various senior financial roles, including acting Chief Financial Officer, during his almost 10-year tenure from 2004 to 2013 at Cengage Learning, Inc. (formerly Thomson Learning of Thomson Reuters). During this time, Mr. Faiman was part of the management team responsible for the coordination of a multi-billion private equity buyout of Cengage Learning by private equity firm Apax Partners LLP. Mr. Faiman began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in its Assurance and Business Advisory practice. Mr. Faiman is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.


Christopher Lutzo
General Counsel

Mr. Lutzo is the General Counsel of Staffing 360 Solutions. Mr. Lutzo has practiced for over 25 years, with a particular emphasis in the areas of compliance, business operations, financial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and securities law. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Lutzo focused on corporate governance and M&A activity at Axiom Global, Inc., a leading provider of tech-enabled legal services with a predominantly Fortune 500 clientele. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Mr. Lutzo was Assistant General Counsel for Smith & Wesson, where he handled M&A transactions and managed integration of business, legal, compliance and regulatory functions, enabling accretive value to be realized from acquisition targets. Mr. Lutzo also prepared and filed SEC filings and annual reports for the Nasdaq-listed company, which recently went through a name change in January 2017 to American Outdoor Brands Corporation. Mr. Lutzo is admitted in the states of New York and Connecticut and received his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
